ABOUT US

The HeartacheHelper company was started in 2002 by Farrah Nayka, a social activist entrepreneur and holistic counselor. After spending time studying in India, she decided to create a program that specifically utilized Eastern modalities of healing in the area of grief, loss, depression and relationship issues. She has since worked with over 2,000 clients in both the private and corporate sector, mentoring in methods that help the mind-body-spirit heal as a total unit. She has since added to her company a team of varied experts relating to methods of healing. A printable guidebook listing all of her holistic partners will be available to purchase for both individuals and companies as a special gift for those going through a difficult time in 2010. She balances her time between living in Washington, DC and India.
