Farrah Nayka Ashline

is an internationally recognized holistic trauma healing coach, sexologist, and neurodivergent mentor with over 25 years of experience supporting more than 2,000 clients across 30 countries. She helps individuals recover from PTSD, complex trauma, sexual trauma, intergenerational trauma, narcissistic abuse recovery, special needs parent burnout, single parenting, autistic burnout, depression, anxiety, and small business anxiety. She was diagnosed with AuDHD, being both autistic and ADHD. Her integrative approach blends Western psychology, Eastern philosophies, somatic therapy, EMDR, Polyvagal theory, energy medicine, tai chi, passion play, and art therapy.

A former dot-com CEO and Nursing Spectrum Magazine editor—featured in The Washington Business Journal, The Washington Post, and Entrepreneur Magazine by age 22—Farrah’s background in body therapies, health and wellness trends, and global travel shaped her unique, results-driven approach to helping others. Having lived in India, France, Algeria, and Morocco, she has gained a rare cultural education in diverse holistic traditions, applied somatic therapies, languages, and spiritual perspectives.

Diagnosized at 51 as an autistic 1 woman, Farrah was unsurprised to discover why she had always been drawn to sensory-based modalities and deeply focused learning. Her monotropic style of concentration on subjects of passion has made her a better student, parent, homeschooling mother, and counselor.

She was diagnosed AUDHD, both autistic and ADHD.

Always a student herself, Farrah continues training in Polyvagal Theory, somatic exercises, Myth and Mythology with Michael Meade, Buddhism at Tara Mandala Monastery, and energy work with Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt. She is currently a co-filmmaking student at NYU’s online program with her teenage son—he specializes in directing while she focuses on screenwriting. She understands the real struggles of single parenthood, autism burnout, and “ balancing it all” from her own journey. 

After extensive inner-child work inspired by John Bradshaw, Farrah rediscovered her long-lost inner artist. In her free time, she is a sustainable custom fashion designer for her brand, BukiBougie,( IG: FarrahNaykaAshline2)  and enjoys learning Italian and Spanish on Duolingo when she’s not homeschooling or working with clients. She believes that living a life of passion—no matter how small the window of time—is one of the best medicines for the soul.
